How many times do you & the kids go out to dinner and come home with a random blue or yellow crayon? What about party favor bags? What about broken crayons?
Up cycling and recycling is all the rage in crafts right now, use this rainy day to tackle a simple kid friendly project in under an hour!
Step 1: Collect and separate your broken crayons
Step 2: Remove the wrapper & chop them up
Step 3: Fill silicone baking trays with the chopped crayons, bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes or until they melt.
Step 4: Allow crayons to cool for 1 hour or until solid.
Enjoy the new shapes you’ve made… just reshaping a crayon can make it exciting again!
